Harrys Gym’s debut album presents a progressive pop which is both mournful and dreamy. The album is melancholic and sad sounding without being bleak and dreary. Musically, the light electronics fit well alongside nu-gaze guitar, bass, and drums. If you are already a fan of bands like Mew or Mansun then give this a listen, actually, I’d give it a listen anyway. I don’t think you’ll regret it.
